We’re looking for an awesome intern to join our team and help Virginutty with all things social media marketing.
On this 3-month placement, you’ll work between 4 to 8 paid hours a week in London at various locations including co-working spaces and coffee shops alongside our founder Melissa. Your hours will be flexible, with an option to work remotely.
This is a brilliant chance for you to build real-world marketing experience at an independent wellness brand with a big heart!

Creative — able to come up with engaging visual and written content

Aware of social media trends and ready to experiment with creative ideas
Has an eye for design and is proficient with graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
Able to produce and create top-notch quality content (from flatlay photography to graphics for Stories)
Able to write compelling original captions or copy for social media
Is the kind of person that is always looking to learn and grow
Has high standards for their work and professional development
Has a passion for sustainability, the environment, and empowering others

Things you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working mainly on Instagram with a focus on feed curation and producing engaging Stories and IGTV content, followed by Pinterest. Secondary platforms include Facebook and LinkedIn.
Analytics auditing - reporting on performance and engagement
Campaign planning - helping create social-led marketing campaigns
Content pitching - coming up with original ideas to experiment with
Content creation (graphic design, photography or video)
Customer service - engaging with our digital community
Editorial calendars - planning and curating content calendars
Marketing automation - using post schedulers
Social media posting - crafting a beautiful feed and writing original posts
Interacting with influencers and growing the brand profile
Building a library of stock photos and original brand content
